Beaches near tender terminal?

Are there any beaches near the tender terminal? Trying to stretch our vacation budget and hoping we could just walk to a beach rather than taking a cab to 7 Mile Beach.

No, & 7 Mile Beach would be about a 30 minute walk.

I don't know if its a beach, but I've heard there is good off shore snorkeling near the terminal around Eden Rock.

A taxi or the bus will cost you less than $10 pp/rt. ;)

I have also read that there is snorkeling at Sunset House about a mile from the dock, not sure if you are still allowed to do that if you are not staying there, I read it on an old thread, we are going to try it in Jan., hoping we can find it.

I believe there are buses costing much less than $10. per person, if I remember correctly the bus was more like $1-2 pp.
