I try to go to the gym at least 3 of the mornings while on a cruise...I need to after all the amazing food! Thanks.:) Looking through my cruise compasses, it looks as if they offered a stretch class every morning, plus a yoga or spinning or some other class, depending on the day. The compasses are linked in my signature, if you would like to look through them. We loved the Serenade!

Miss Fig Posted November 2, 2011 #4 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Thank you! I'm determined to not gain weight on this cruise, esp. since it's leading into the holiday season.....
39august Posted November 2, 2011 #5 Share Posted November 2, 2011 It may vary by cruise and/or by staff. When I was on Serenade a few months ago there were spinning, yoga, pilates for $10 per session. And there was a 4 session boot camp for an outrageous fee, something over $100 pp. I do miss the free step/aerobics that all the ships used to offer a few years ago. Sequim88 Posted November 2, 2011 #6 Share Posted November 2, 2011 I sort of shy'd away from the classes after taking embarkation day tour. Seemed to be a lot of pressure for some really sketchy sounding detoxification products. For workout I prefer just to jump on a machine - I don;t need to pay someone for a workout and get sales pitched too.
bmwoods72 Posted November 3, 2011 Author #7 Share Posted November 3, 2011 I know some cruise lines offer classes like Body Pump, so was just wondering if RC was one of them. Thanks everyone for the feedback.
