Goodybabs Posted November 3, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 3, 2011 I've started to pack and was wondering how much warm clothes I should pack for her? We are cruising the Liberty on 11/26/2011 and going to HMC, SanJuan, Grand Turk, St.Thomas and wondering what the weather temps will be like? Also any tips on what I must pack? cb at sea Posted November 3, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2011 It will be quite warm to hot there...no need for winter wear! Check out a weather website...they will give forecasts and averages for your ports.
Mom2B&Z Posted November 3, 2011 #3 Share Posted November 3, 2011 I do find it cool at night and in some of the common areas. DS2 was 3 last time we cruised but he wore pants, long sleeved shirts and sweaters most evenings. He also wore long sleeved cotton pajamas in the cabin at night. However, he has always been cold so this isn't a surprise ;) Since the evening clothes are only worn for a few hours, you can easily use them for 2 or 3 nights. You know your baby best, if she likes to be kept warm then bring some warm clothes, otherwise don't worry too much about it.

sandy toes Posted November 4, 2011 #5 Share Posted November 4, 2011 The islands are wonderfully warm, hot even, remember sun hat and shades and lotion. On ship, it can be cool. We used a terry cloth sleeper at night but my friend says nothing less than a blanket sleeper. (we had a 10 mo old). We had sweater tights for under her dresses and a sweater. I didn't use any of the long sleeved, long pants I brought along.
