Yes, the buffet is open 24 hours, usually light food and desserts available.

There is no midnight buffet as such but late night snacks are available in the self service restaurant all night.

"Midnight" buffets, which were often served from 11:30 pm, have been discontinued on ships like Ventura which offer 24 hour dining. No need for them now. The Waterside offers hot and cold snacks from about 9pm until about 5:30am.

At about 9.30pm the theme night buffet is removed from one side of Waterside, this is cleared away and all the serveries given a full clean down - theme night food is available on the other side.

 

The cleared side is then restocked with light buffet food similar to lunch, but without as much hot food choice. The other side is then cleared.

 

IIRC only one side of the Waterside has food available overnight.

 

This is then cleared in the early morning ready for breakfast.
