Do we have enough time to do this?

We are on RCI Serenade of the Seas on 3/31/12 and I believe I read where we will be at the Pan American Pier. Is it too far to walk to El Morro and OSJ or should we taxi? My DH has had back surgery and will be 6 months post op at sailing So we will be walking/resting. Also, we will be arriving San Juan 11:00am (via a red eye flight), will we be able to start boarding by 12 or so? Do we have enough time to go do all of this? We want to drop off stuff and go check out some sights before sailing. I appreciate any suggestions.........Thanks!

You'll need to take a taxi to OSJ. You'll have some time to see the city, and you should be able to board at around noon, though don't know how long check-in could take. I always try to check in late to avoid crowd.

I also suggest you take a taxi.

They will be easy to find to go to and from the fort/ship.
