is there a way to request where to sit for dinner in the MDR

Hi,

 

is there any way i can request to sit near a window or for a table of 3 when i'm dining in the evening. Not at the speicality restuarants but at the MDR i think it's what you guys call it.

Find one of the employees at the entrance to one of the dining rooms when you first board and ask:) They will try to accomodate. Not sure about the window's, but you should at least be able to get a table for

three. They may or may not be able to set it up immediately, sometimes they have to get back to you later as things shake out with all the changes people are requesting.

I just emailed RCCL this morining about a table request for 7 people and received a very quick reply confirming my request. They even described the location and gave me my table number. We are going on the Liberty next week.

You can also directly email the dining coordinator on your ship

I was thinking of asking for certain location too for My Time Dinning in MDR deck 5. Is it correct that the widows in MDR deck 5 are blocked by the lifeboats?

I asked them about a window table a few weeks ago and they said they have soted it, just have to check with when I get on to-morrow, have my reply email with me......................

I don't know if the lifeboats block the windows, but depending on what time you'll be having dinner (and the time of year it is), it's probably going to be dark anyway and the drapes will be closed.

I emailed the dining email listed above. I requested a table by the window and a table for four. We had both when we arrived. We had early seating and got to watch the sunset each night while eating. It was very nice.

Mine was to the Liberty of the Seas which has the following email address: LB_RestaurantOperationsCoordinator@rccl.com

Not sure what the first Initials of your email would be.

As soon as your board, check in at the dining room. If you don't like your table, ask for your options. They are usually willing to accommodate.
