Concierge email address?

You are perhaps thinking of Royal Caribbean. Celebrity does not contact the big suite guests before a cruise like RCCL does.

I got a call last week from Celebrity directly (they emphasized my TA had authorized the call) to reach out to see what I might need to book for my cruise. I don't have an email address, but I do have a phone number. Email me if you want, as I don't know whether it was meant for public consumption. They're apparently reaching out to CC and higher to see what "enhancements" (ie, buy stuff) you are interested in and arranging for them.

Sometimes I get a similar phone call, sometimes not. I was wondering if it had to do with one's cruising history -- if you normally book specialty restaurants but hadn't gotten around to it yet, maybe you get a call. Or if you have never booked a specialty restaurant, maybe your history has a "flag" and you get a personal call. Or maybe it's just random. :)
