Two Liberty questions please

Recommended Posts

Platinum means that you have been enrolled in the Crown & Anchor Society.

It means that you have completed a certain amount of cruises and this is

your status. Your TA must have enrolled you. Go to the C&A society tab on the RCCL site and it will tell you what the perks are. For example you can priority check-in, robes on board, an invite to the repeat cruisers get-together which is always nice because they usually have an open bar as well as

'nice hor'douvers. The website will tell you everything and more.

RE: Sushi on Board. I have never seen Sushi onboard but I have never been to the Windjammer for dinner, I have heard that Jade restaurant, which is

adjacent to Windjammer offers sushi in the evening. Perhaps someone who has been in the Liberty's Jade restaurant can confirm this

I had this same thing happen to me after my first cruise. I guess Royal made a mistake.:) You need 5 to become platnum but congrats on that you can get priority boarding and departure, and you get a coupon book with some good savings in it.

It's not five. That's under the old "cruise credits" system.

C&A level is now based on "cruise points", and you need 30 of them to be Platinum.

I've had tags say one thing and my "actual" status be another ... I'm not sure the status on the tags actually mean anything as I haven't noticed an increase in speed or anything getting bags. Perhaps it's all psychological. :)

There will be sushi in the buffet every night in the Windjammer. It's not the best, but fine if you want a sushi fix. My mom always likes it, and since we eat early (before the WJ opens) she'll sometimes excuse herself for a few minutes during dinner to bring down some sushi as part of her meal.
