My 83 year old dad loves cookies. Would I (55 yo) get a dirty look if i snagged some from the kids area. (Read somewhere that cookies were no where in sight on a cruise)

You might get a dirty look, but who cares? You paid to be there just like everyone else. On the other hand, cookies are plentiful in the buffet and everywhere else. No cookie shortage on any NCL cruise I have ever been on.

Absolutely let him have the cookies! We even bring Ziploc bags to stash some for a midnight snack. :D It seems like you only get dirty looks on these forums. :rolleyes:

If your Dad is sailing on NCL, he'll be in cookie heaven! They are always available in several varieties at the buffet, and IMHO they are all quite delicious! :D
