SPA---Best time to book

Ok, I remember reading somewhere about when to book the Spa and it being on port days as they are discounted. Are these discounts only offered once you are on the ship, or are there discounts offered online before boarding? :confused:

The "best" time to book is whenever it works out for you.

 

Yes, there are usually discounts on port days. No, they are not available prior to sailing.

 

I always enter the spa drawings, too. Received a "2nd chance" coupon on my Victory cruise in the cabin one day (I never win at the drawings) for a facial for something like $39!

 

Now, I usually wait until the last sea day, though, and have the "special" that is pick-2-of-5 treatments for $99. I get the back massage and mini facial.

I'm only seeing the Hot Stone massage online,is That the only one they offer online? Would like the Swedish Massage, Will they offer more as my cruise date becomes closer?

Wait until you board. When you leave port you are handed "spa specials" every day. By the last day you can get 3 spa treatments for $69, 5 for $79 or all 7 for $99!

I have NEVER seen that offered, even on port days. Probably depends on the ship and the itinerary.

 

But I would NOT pre-book a spa appointment, so wouldn't worry about what is being shown online. Just stop by the spa after you board. They'll give you the entire price list. Enter the drawing. Do the spa tour and go to the drawing.

 

There will be inserts in your Fun Times every evening for "specials" for the next day. What they pass out when disembarking may or may not be a better deal than that day's advertised specials.
