Is there a good website to help plan a family reunion/group type cruise?

I'm looking for something that has a simple forum/thread type discussion board, plus the ability to do polls (vote on itineraries, etc.).

 

I know that someone out there has done something like this, but I'm at a loss.

Could you do this on Facebook or some other "messaging" site?

 

If you are in charge of the "planning"...pick a date and ship, and then turn it over to a travel agent....let THEM deal with everyone individually. You don't want to be responsible when someone feels something's gone awry...and there WILL be someone who is unhappy with something...guaranteed! By using a TA, everyone will make their own arrangements, book their own excursions, etc...not everyone will want to do everything with everyone.

And, that's fine! There will be so much "together time" that being "joined at the hip" is unnesscary.
