help! unable to check in online

we received the email yesterday that our e-docs are ready for our 14 jan. cruise on voyager. when i tried to access the online check in, the rccl site kept telling me that i had the reservation no. wrong. i had copied it directly from their documents. i keyed it in from my records. it was continually rejected. any suggestions?:mad:

If you booked with a TA it is possible that you are part of a group booking with a different booking number. Make sure that you have a booking number from RCI that you will find on your Confirmation Invoice that is generated from RCI.
