Can you fly into hobby on saturday. Stay close to airport and take transfers via RCCL to the port from Hobby airport on Sunday?

I believe you can, although you may have to say that you're flying in on Sunday. Otherwise, as SSB mentioned, Country Inn and Suites (713) 943-2700 right by Hobby does have a round-trip transportation package to and from Galveston. I checked a couple of weeks ago and I believe it was $179 for the room and transportation for the people in your room. They have select times that they drop off and pick up, so you'd want to check those if you went this route.
