Our cruise is in 31 days and we have not received our documents yet. Our cabin has not been assigned yet. Should I be worried? Everytime I call the cruise line I hear to call back in 2 weeks????

you booked with a guarantee cabin, the cruise line do not assign cabins until a few days before the actual sail date.

No you should not be worried if you haven't had a cabin assignment yet with booking a GTY. They can actually book it anytime right up to the date of sailing (BTW from what I read that is rare).

 

Maybe the upsell fairy is getting close to doing her magic and they can't give you a cabin # until she is done, so they know which ones are left.

 

The down falls of booking a GTY is you have to have patience until they are ready to give you a cabin number. I don't have patience which is one of the reasons I could not book that way and why I book an absolute. :)
