Pigeon Island, St. Lucia Beach Barbecue

On the Wind Surf itinerary last year they held the beach bbq on Pigeon Island. However, I believe I've read somewhere that on this year's Wind Spirit itinerary it is being held on Mayreau - I could be wrong.

There is no extra charge for the beach bbq.

Hopefully, someone who is on this year's itinerary will check back here after their cruise and give us an update.

I was also looking for information and found this on the web:

Looks like they have beach chairs set up and do a BBQ on Mayreau for the Wind Spirit Cruise.

I believe this may be the company they use to set it up

I promise to write a long review when I get back! Haven't been able to find one for this cruise.

You take the tender to a small dock. They will have a small section of private beach set up with lounge chairs. All is included except alcohol. There will be a carribean style band and massage tables set up if you wish to purchase. Food is ok. Not as good as onboard in my opinion. TIP.....If you want shade, get there as early as you can. Those chairs go fast! There is a cool hike to a fort right where the dock is. If you like to hike, do that on your own and you will love the view. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Beach bbq for Wind Spirit is on Mayreau. Good food, lots of beach and beach chairs and towels, and beach "toys" for the active. All free except for alcohol.

By the way, ALL non-alcoholic drinks are now free, free, free at all times. Cappucinos, virgin coladas, Cherry cokes, Perrier--THANKS, WINDSTAR!!!! :D
