Firelt5. That is so surprising to hear about Horizon. I was on her in Feb and the ship was spotless and the crew seemed to take such pride in her.

 

I was also suprised. We had many fond memories on the horizon. Exterior of the ship looked fine. Complaints about cleanliness in the dinning and other public areas came from several passangers (unreleated).
