They are the web site of The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland/Walt Disney World. Those books are priceless in terms of making your vacation fun and trouble-free. Especially valuable are the touring plans in the back of the book. They'll save you literally hours of line waiting. They also have smart phone apps that can provide you with real-time line wait information and a lot more.
MellowMel Posted January 12, 2012 #8 Share Posted January 12, 2012 It's really allearsnet.com and it is very comprehensive and full of up to date information and tips.
Modern_Viking Posted January 13, 2012 #9 Share Posted January 13, 2012 My favorites are http://www.intercot.com -- most like Cruise Critic in that the message boards are the prime attraction http://www.allears.net -- has a section to comment on restaurants, hotels, tours, etc. but it mostly a (very detailed and useful) reference site http://www.wdwmagic.com -- has message boards and some reference material, but seems to be more for hard core fans (who visit often) and less for people visiting Disney rarely or only on occasion. Mom3Girls Posted January 15, 2012 #10 Share Posted January 15, 2012 Hello, I'm a huge Disney fan! You are in for the trip of a lifetime :)! I <3 allears and mousesavers too, but some of my favorite sites that haven't yet been mentioned are http://passporter.com/home-of-disney-world-cruise-travel-tips-planning-articles-photos.html (they also publish amazing Disney tour books, look on their site for discounts) and the Disney Vacations forum on iVillage; http://forums.ivillage.com/ivillage/?category.id=iv-psdisney. And maybe not last and certainly not least, the official Disney website: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/. They also have an FAQ section http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/ as well as the Mom's Panel http://disneyworldforum.disney.go.com/where you can ask a question if it hasn't already been answered. You can also call Disney World U.S. Guest Information (407) 939-6244 and talk to an associate (they call them Cast Members), usually they can be quite helpful.
