Bananarama?

Pics on their website are beautiful. Does anyone have any comments about Bananarama? We would be taking private transportation there, with our driver waiting for us, so will only need to rent the lounges for $5 per person, not their transportation package. We will not need a chair for 5 yr. old, so I assume we wouldn't have to pay for her?

We were just there a couple weeks ago and entered the beach thru Bananarama ... it IS beautiful! We had lunch/drinks at Bananarama - very good. Then we walked down the shore to the left and snorkeled for about an hour. It is outstanding snorkeling - wish we could have stayed longer.

 

Lounge chairs were $5 per chair ... not per person. Have a wonderful time!!

Bananrama is just one of the clubs/ spots to lounge on the beautiful West Bay. It's about a mile long of gorgeous beach. You will want to walk the the entire length and enjoy off the beach snorkeling just between Tabyana and Infinity Bay Resort. Don't just sit at Bananarama. Enjoy the whole area. Have fun.

Great place and nice people. Beach is beautiful and water was nice. Lunch was good but a little slow in service, but they were busy. There is a small gift shop. Will be back in April, Can't wait.

I am with eandj on this one..... if you have transport already there is no reason to be stuck at Bananarama.

 

Foster's, Mayan Princess, an maybe Infinity all rent chairs.

 

Bananarama is crowded do to the value of their package including transport.
