Slight Change to the Menus

I'm trying to plan our steakhouse night(s). Are these menus listed in the order they are served?

Not really. It has been around since 2008 if not before.

Not happy that the salmon is now an every day item. I hate salmon but love Mahi.

 

LOL..I like Mahi but I really like salmon..but fresh NW Copper River Salmon is lots different than the farm raised stuff this no doubt is..have not had their salmon..sorry for your loss...hope you find something that is better..we all are so different..Sarah

The only other change that I saw was that the rack of lamb is now replaced with lamb shank. That is on the fourth night.

 

Boo Hoo.....sad change!! Rack of Lamb is the gourmet choice, top cut....Boo!
