Dining with a vegetarian

My SO is a vegetarian, can I register online before hand with the dining room or wait until we board?

We will be sailing 3/10/12

You can register online though if you just tell them/ask for vegetarian options when you're there they are very accommodating. My wife is a vegetarian and she just asked for those options when she ordered her dinner and it was all good.

Tell the maitre d' when you board. They will bring you the next night's menu and you can order something not on the menu if you wish. There is always a vegetarian appetizer, soup and/or salad, and entree on the menu.

sympathy? coming from the perspective of a vegetarian, I don't see how this is difficult on you as you eat what you want, and your SO eats what they want. that can't be that hard on you?
