BluexMoon Posted January 11, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2012 So, I have a nice OBC due to price drops. There are 3 of us in the room. 2 on my acct, Im main passenger in room. And the other person is on her own S&S acct. How does the OBC get used? Will it only apply to my acct, or hers as well? If it only applies to my acct, can I ask guest services to charge her portion of the tips to my acct?
firefly333 Posted January 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2012 If when you did edocs you said the one credit card was paying for both people, then yes, all OBC will be applied to both of you that either of you get. Depends on how you filled out edocs.
BluexMoon Posted January 11, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Yes, two of us are on my card, the 3rd person is on her own card. She is the one I was wondering about. Does the OBC apply to her purchases because she is in my room, or just to mine and my husbands? And can I charge her tips to my acct to help her out. She is on a tight budget. angelkisses Posted January 11, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Can't say for sure but most of the time the shipboard credit is spit evenly between the 1st and 2nd passenger only. Hopefully someone can answer your question about moving the gratuities over to your account. Thats a good question.
