How long does it take for completed cruise to post ?

I just got back from my Majesty cruise on the 13th. It's not showing up under my completed cruises on the RC website. How long does it usually take to show up?

Ours has usually shown up after a week.

About one to two weeks has been our experience. If it isn't there after two weeks, I'd give them a call to check.

They were having problems throughout the month of December and it took ours a few weeks to show. That may be fixed now.

Our Allure cruise took nearly 3 weeks.

Thanks everyone. It's nice that things can show up on my bill as soon as I charge them, but it takes a bit longer for the credits to show up. ;) Not a big deal. I'll just keep checking. It gives me an excuse to go to the website and find a cruise that my whole family can go on--I think I almost have them convinced!

My Majesty cruise appeared in about a week. The cruise credits are a totally different matter.

My cruises and credits have always shown up 6 days after the cruise. I always check it, and it's always been 6 days for mine!

There's a problem on some of the cruise point totals listed on the RCI website. The totals may not be accurate, but the cruise itself should be listed correctly in your cruise history.

If that's not fixed already, hopefully they'll finish it up soon. Mine's corrected now.

Mine is still not fixed...it's only been six weeks though. ;-)

My total points are correct but my cruise history is wrong. :( My December cruise showed up in history about a week after the cruise but didn't get added to my total points for another couple of weeks. Both my history and total points were correct for about a week then C&A did something to "fix" the system at the beginning of January. Then I noticed two cruises were missing from my history but the total points was right. I sent C&A an email about it. They sent me a reply on Friday that the system was fixed and my cruise history was corrected, but they are wrong. :( The two cruises are still missing but total points correct. :confused: I sent another email and am waiting a response.

 

What I can't figure out is those two cruises are still showing in my husband's cruise history. Why delete them from my history?

Mine are now correct. It took a few days between when the cruise showed up and the points showed up, but at least they finally match.:)
