Great Stirrup Cay Kayaking

We did it last year, lots of fun, good equipment and a couple of knowledgeable guides. There is a hut where you can leave any valuables. They give you life jackets, paddles and a bottle of water.

What type of Kayaks.

Two person, single, sit on top type and how long is the excursion.

We have 3 in our party. Will they let my husband just go by himself, or will they pair him up with someone?

What wildlife do you typically see on this tour?

Typical 2 person kayaks, they will pair you up I would imagine if you are a single. We saw lots of fish, got to hold a few starfish and gooey ducks. The tour properly lasted about 2.5 hours or so. We were over early and there were lots of empty chairs on the beach, when we got back off the tour the beach was packed. We just spread our towel on the sand and ordered a bucket of beer. It was a great day. We will be back in November and will grab a lounger on the beach, providing we can tender. The weather is sometimes a little rough for the tender boats.
