What to do in Caymans besides the stingrays

We are looking for suggestions of what to do in the Caymans besides the stingrays. We will be cruising on the Conquest in November and would like to find something to book independently. Does anyone have any suggestions on a reputable company that you enjoyed?

You can look at your ship's excursions to get some idea of what they think is fun in the Cayman's. That could be another starting place. Beach and water activites certainly will lead the list. I usually do a ship excursion in the Cayman's so that I can get off the ship quickly.

We enjoyed a tour in an open air jeep with Cayman Safari. The standard tour includes stops at Pedro St James historic site, Botanic Park to see blue Iguana, Rum Point, lunch at Miss Vivines as well as tour round east end of island.
