What's the most YOU ever won gambling on a cruise?

Won $600 in Bingo on my first cruise aboard the Legend. Then last year on the sensation won $400 total in Blackjack in a couple different sittings.

I enjoy playing blackjack on a cruise as its fun to meet and talk to dealers from different places, and converse or share a drink with fellow passengers. I figure if I start with $50 and play for a while, I'm just paying a little for some entertainment. If it turns into winnings, all the better!

I won 1.50 on the quater pusher machines like they have at the fair. I just can't resist wasting my money in those sucker traps.

In gaming money, I've probably walked with $500 from a craps table. Great roll with just my wife and another passenger at the table right after the casino opened on the first day. It was a great way to start the trip.

I've had some great blackjack sessions as well, but they seemed to be getting me back in the game after losing at craps :(

$2,000 on the Conquest back in 2008. First night out, heading down to dinner early and stopped to play video poker, quarter machine. Max bet and hit a royal flush. Paid for our S&S which on that trip, included purchases of a Tissot watch for me and a very nice diamond necklace and ring for DW. Nice way to start a cruise! Since then, we've mostly broken even on the slots and blackjack.

$416 from Bingo and $1000 on the Wheel of Fortune slots - on the same day within hours of each other on the beautiful Rhapsody of the Seas :D It was last day of our 7 day trip and I went straight to the Pursers desk and paid off our bill!! Best trip ever.

On RCCL about 13 yes ago was part of a group that hit the Bingo Jackpot for $6k My take was about $600 :)

On NCL Pearl had a big night at 3 card poker - sat down hit trips, next hand hit straight, next hand hit a flush, then a straight flush, etc. Within 15 min won over $1,700 - and LEFT. Went back to my room, and my wife wanted to know why I was back so fast....started throwing $100 bills on the bed...It was a good night ;)

Won about $800 on the Liberty over XMASS playing BJ.

My husband and I are not big gamblers. We were in the Legend 2010. We played with our CC group and, although I lost money, the group won so we ended up coming just about even.

A couple of days later a machine I had read about on a review was finally open. Put in 20 and just kept hitting max play, even when we could not really figure out what it was doing. When I finally broke even I thought about cashing out but decided what the heck and kept hitting max play. A couple of plays later it stopped working and just kept counting. DH and I could not figure out what it was doing so we just sat there and watched it count for a while. When it finally stopped I was up 250.:D Cashed out so fast I was a blur. Never went back again.

We are going on another cruise in December. Maybe I throw them another 20 but when it's gone, it's gone. Too many years of 2.00 lunches in collage. Just can't get my head around what for me is throwing my money away.

I won $330 on a Norwegian cruise. It was the first cruise DH and I took together--back in 1989. I started out with a $5 stake on a nickel machine. By the time I was thinking about leaving, I had parlayed that into $15. I kept out $5 from that and changed the rest of the nickels into quarters and started playing a quarter machine. I ended playing that machine up by another $10. So I decided I was on a lucky streak and changed kept out $15 and traded in for $5 dollar coins to try a dollar machine. On the third pull, I won $300. When I finished the other two dollar coins, I decided it was time to stop.

On most cruises, I will play $5 to $10 on a nickel machine. But I haven't gotten as lucky since.

Slots about 5 bucks...

BUT in 2006 I walked up to a quarter machine (back when they took quarters and paid in cash). Put in a quarter and the machine would not take it.

Looked closer and saw the cash out light was on, so hit the button and it kicked out just under $270.00 in quarters!! filled a bucket to the top! and paid half of my next cruise!!:D

Dem was my quarters, pal. I had to pee so bad and my lucks been swirling the bowl ever since.
