Cruise Port to St Lucia Distillery

Has anyone taken a taxi from the port to the St Lucia rum distillery? How long does the trip take? We have an AM excursion that is back to pier by 12, but not sure if this leaves enough time to get to distillery and do the Rhythms of Rum tour which takes 90 mins, then back in time for all aboard.

 

Any ideas, suggestions, comments greatly appreciated!

the distillery is about 25-45 minutes from the port - depending on traffic and which dock you are at. Plan about 1 hour for return trip and at least 1-1.5 hours at the distillery for the tour and the rum tasting! So, really about 2-2.5 hours for the whole deal.

Depends on your sailing time, you should have plenty of time.
