Promenade cabin light question

Does light come in through the windows overlooking the central promenade on Independance/Voyager? Most inside cabins are pitch black during the night, so I always take a plug in night light with us, so we can negotiate our way to the loo.

Dim light after midnight from the prom. below, but you will have blackout curtains as well as sheers if you want the light. Better take that night light if you want privacy.!

You will probably close the curtains when you are in your room getting ready for bed and they are blackout curtains, so bring that nightlight if you think you need it. Or you can leave the curtains cracked open and will be able to see. They turn the daytime lights on again in the promenade at around 2AM.
