I had thought that the Savoy had pork chops and the Vivaldi had osso buco. That was the way it was over new years 2011.

 

You're probably right. I'm positive about the other two, but needed to look on the princess website to refresh my mind about the specials in Savoy and Vivaldi. The website said prime rib and ravioli. The pork chops and osso buco sound familiar, so I hope you're right. :-)

So the specialty dishes in each dining room stay the same all week?

 

Yes, they stay the same all week. There is a daily menu that changes, but does not include the restaurant special. The specialty dishes are not on the menu, but your server will tell you what the special is for the restaurant you are in. If you want the specialty from another restaurant, just tell your server and they will bring it to you.
