I need help... We are booked for upcoming cruise with our minor children booked in cabins across the hall from us. There is now a savings certificate for our cruise. When I log into C&A website, I can print out a certificate in my name. The kids have C&A numbers and I had previously linked the accounts by calling RCCL. But now I don't know how to access their certificates. If I log in under my account I only see my certificates. If I try to link their accounts, it says they are already linked. If I try to log on under their number, it says you must be 18 and their account can only be accessed by the parent... Any suggestions.?

You can email coupons@rccl.com giving them the coupon codes, your booking IDs, names, sailing date and they can apply them for you.

OK. thanks for the great replies.. We are booked with a TA, so I will have them call. We did not get the balcony discount, we were 1 point short on our status when we booked... I think the savings certificates should be applicable for kids with C&A numbers too. If not, we will move my wife to the opposite cabin and try that. I am still curious how one gets into the minor child's C&A on line account, it seems impossible.

I would suggest that you book yourself and one of the children in one cabin and your wife and the other child in the other cabin so that you can use the Savings Certificates for each cabin. Once on the ship, you can just go to Guest Relations and get new SeaPass cards made up.
