Can anyone tell me how easy it is to get taxis in Abu Dhabi?

 

I want to go to Saadiyat Island and am concerned about getting back.

 

Have read all your reviews about this cruise but any other special pointers would be appreciated.

 

I have posted on the Ports of Call board but no-one has replied!

Very easy.

There is a complimentary shuttle to the port gates and you will find the taxis lined up. They are all metred. Make sure you watch him set the screen to zero to start and watch the metre on the journey.....I have read of people being charged the wrong fare. Prices are very cheap for taxis.

On the return go to the nearest 5* hotel and they will order one for you.

Apparently there is a new beach club on Saadiyat Island called the Monte Carlo beach club and it got rave reviews. I would love to try it.
