I'm looking for some advice for a one night pre-cruise hotel in Monte Carlo. I would prefer a quality hotel in a walkable area near dinning.

Check out Venere.com for hotels in MC.As mentioned they maybe on the $$$$ side,but there is a Novatel there that may be good for the 1 night you need.Probably about the same as staying in Nice and getting to the ship.
