Does Carnival Have A Data Base That I Could See?

does anybody know if carnival has a databass that you could access online. i have been on alot of cruises with carnival and i forget a couple of ships i was on and when. so if anybody can help me that would be great.

I dont know how to find it but good to do.

 

Few years ago as we were approaching platinum decided to check and found out two cruises were not credited to us.

 

Had to send proof to get credit.

If you sign into your profile .. history of cruises is there, click on it and see what they have listed for you. That will give you a starting place.

If you Log in to your account, it should show all of your past cruises, the ship where you went, how many days and your room number.

Register with carnivaldotcom, they have a cruise history for you. We had to call to get credited for a cruise that they misspelled our names. Are you the former basketballer?

I tried this a few years ago and called carnival .I just wanted a list of which Islands I have been to and which ship,she did verify the ship but couldnt verify ports of call because they change so often

If you have a Sign and Sail card from a past cruise it has your past cruiser number on it. It's listed as Guest#. When you sign-up on Carnival.com enter that number.

Carnival changes past guest numbers for their own convenience. You can't count on them.

My cruises are both listed with ports of call, date and stateroom. How neat. I didn't know about this.

On my two past cruises, yes.

my last two were in 2011 and it doesnt show ports.It does show exotic eastern and exotic western but not specific ports

ohh gotcha .These are short cruises with not many ports .We go on 7 day cruises with 3 or more ports usually

Mine are the itineraries we were SCHEDULED for - not where we actually went! Dream says Eastern, but we went Western due to hurricane....Inspiration says 7 day - it turned into 9 days.

Sail during hurricane season - or book one when I'm on board!!! I'm an official hurricane magnet. Hurricane Frances hit the west coast of Florida and closed the port of Tampa - so the Inspiration couldn't get back 'home'. We stayed an extra day in Cozumel and had an extra sea day.

It was horrible..... we had to use PAPER NAPKINS on the last night. Oh, the horror :D

You have to add your past guest number first.
