Not a fire hazard, Helium is non-flammable and inert. Now Hydrogen (as was used in the Hindenburg) would be a different story!

 

They might have a problem with a pressurized cylinder of Helium or anything else but I doubt it. They do blow up all those Bon Voyage cabin decorations somehow. I think it would be a very difficult task for a passenger to get hooked up with whoever is preparing al those baloons though.

Helium isn't a fire hazard you're thinking of hydrogen. According to The Brand Ambassador, Bon Voyage is currently examining adding balloons to their repertoire.
