Immigration in St. Croix?

Has anyone had to go thru immigration when arriving in St. Croix, especially when coming from a foreign port, delaying disembarkment?

 

A couple of times, we have had to go thru immigration in St. Thomas when coming from a foreign port, but that is the only time we have encountered a delay like that.

We just returned from St. Croix. You Do Not go thru immigration.

We have been to St. Croix three or four times and never had Immigration Inspection.
