Past Cruisers with VIP

What are the perks with being a past cruiser and the perks with VIP?? This is our first time to have this. Thank you.:)

I assume you are talking about the perks that go with the cruise line Loyalty programs. If so, each cruise line has their own program. They decide how many tiers there will be, what the qualifications are for them and what the perks for each level.

It can vary from a small little vase of flowers to an invitation to cocktail party with Captain and Officers or some small 'extras'. It isn't usually anything major.
