Blue specialty restaurant on Solsticeized ships

I am wondering if Solsticeized ships have "Blue" restaurant on them. I couldn't find it on X brochure deck plan, yet when I did a phantom booking for Aqua Class cabin on "Infinity", it says guest staying at Aqua Class cabin will have access to Blue restaurant.

 

Any help is appreciated?

The ships that have had AQ cabins added have had part of the MDR dining room sectioned off and converted to Blu.

On the Summit blog, Captain's Club reporter Victoria did an interview with Dominique Gamba, the Traveling Rest. Mgr. for Celebrity Cruises. He talks about the Blu Specialty rest. on the solsticized ships.

The Constellation was the first ship to be solstisised and they did not add blu or aqua class to the ship. All of the other ships are getting blu and aqua when they are upgraded.

Is Blu on the lower or upper level of the dining room? I'm wondering how quiet it will be since it's a part of the MDR. Does anyone have pictures of Blu on an M-class ship?

You are correct, I took a closer look at the "Infinity" deck plan and found out it is located on Port side upper floor adjacent to M.D.R.
