First time contacted by concierge!

Our Feb. 26 cruise is our sixth or seventh in a GS. For the first time I received an e-mail from our concierge. It was quite informative, even tho' I already knew most of what he told us. He even included salon and spa "menus" and Chops and Portofino menus. This is a nice touch from RCI.

Yes, what ship are you on, and he contacted you today? 5 days prior?

Our cruise is not till June, our 7th time in a GS also, and I do want to make contact with the Concierge. I have a request to make prior to the cruise He can help me with.

I am sailing on Liberty in the PFS on 2/27 and haven't heard from them which is a little disappointing considering that I send an email to them weeks ago and also requested a contact via C&A society. In fact, I have never received a concierge call prior to sailing. (So if anyone has any advice on how better to contact them, please share...)

 

That's great that you heard from them, though. I agree it's a very nice touch!
