What are G Cayman Vendors like?

Scuba diving staff are almost all ex-pats, with a few fitting that ex-frat boy image. Quite a few boat operators for snorkeling trips are ex-pats too.

A great many waiters/waitresses/bartenders and others in food preparation are ex-pats. Those Cayman style conch fritters are highly likely to be cooked by a Jamaican chef and server by a Canadian waitress.

Taxi or tour bus drivers are almost 100% Caymanians.

I guess we've just been lucky and only had dealings with more of the locals, and avoided the frat boy types out on dive boats... :D
