Using German TA affects Insurance??

We booked an RCI cruise on 3/26/11 for a cruise on 8/31/12.

We booked this via an online TA based in Germany.

Are we able to book insurance for this cruise since we booked through a Germany-based TA?

Getting a little confused. Am able to get quotes on Travel Guard, and through other sites like Insure My Trip, but noone specifically addresses the foreign TA issue. (Sorry, we are US residents).

They don't address it because it doesn't matter. You aren't insuring your TA.
