RCCL & The wedding experience question

For the last week or so I've been trying to get a hold of Royal Romance, who in fact is The Wedding Experience. Every time I call I get a message saying that they are experiencing techinical difficulties ... etc.

 

I've tried calling direct lines of people I've spoken to before and no luck, several emails to people have also been dead ends.

 

Am I missing something? has RCCL decided to use someone else for weddings? it would actually be a blessing if they did but calling/emailing and getting a no response is really bad.
