MIA to Port Everglades

There are 12 of us cruising out of FLL in January. We would prefer flying into MIA because of direct flights but not sure how expensive to get to the port the next day. Any idea?

Your options are:

  • 3 one way rental cars from MIA to FLL is likely the cheapest way to get there - and would give you some options for dinner and shopping.
  • 3 taxis will run $85+ each, depending upon what hotel you are staying at (the drive takes 40+ minutes).
  • SuperShuttle will make the trip for about $40 per person; QLS transportation (www.qualitylimoservice.com ) and Go Airport Shuttle (http://goairportshuttle.com/) are FLL based and may be slightly cheaper
  • Larry's Limos has been suggested on these boards for Miami service - you might actually save money with a big stretch limo.
  • Or you could stay near MIA, shuttle back to the airport the next morning and use th ecruiseline transfer bus.

Good luck! :)
