Yes and even though there is less overall space for seating, they have rearranged the tables and chairs to be more efficient to seat at least the same number if not more people in the space that is left. Good plan overall.

We were just on the Sapphire and they took out the booths in Horizon Court and they added tables which can be reconfigured for larger parties if necessary. Great space now..and it is sparkly white and clean to the eye! Thank you Princess..
