OK, I called again today. This time I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Not too bad. Got Michael again, and again he promised to send an email right away. Nada yet. Wish someone else besides Michael would answer the phone.

I have never emailed the casino before...What address do I use to do so? We have a great casino rate for our 47th wedding anniversary cruise in early May. Would like to see if we qualify for anything special. I am by all means not a big or anywhere near it gambler but do spend a lot of time and money on slots thru out the cruise in the casino and my husband does usually does 3 card poker or other table games.

I have an email saying I qualify for 50.00 at the cage. Do I just print and take to be sure or should I call? I go in 3 weeks. Has it ever been a problem with anyone getting their cash? It's not much but still I don't want any trouble.

I have issues often .Last cruise on Conquest we qualified for drinks on us card I found out after emailing them. I printed the email and good I did I wasn't on the "list"

Hi my name is Dawn 2016 I was on 2 cruises with carnival pride. I earned my free drinks on both. The casino hosts were great. We had alot of other issues while on the ship in August and during this cruise my husband Paul was with me. You could not pull us from the casino. We were to do a back to back but had to get off after first week because we were both deathly sick. The air conditioning​ in our room was stuck on high till finally fixed on that we'd. We both ended up with sinusitis bronchitis. Seen Dr day after we got off board I also found out then that I had colorectual cancer. Just had my cancer surgery 3/22/2017 after 28 treatments of radiation and chemo. Now I have to go for 6 months more of chemo and then have resection done from having a colostopy done. I don't understand I thought for the free drinks on our next cruise we had to earn 5000 points our last cruise. I am receiving the free drinks but I'm sure my husband did also and they say not. How do we find out points from last cruise?

Unless you make a huge impression (like winning really big, tens of thousands of dollars) you will not get any real recognition.

 

It shouldn't stop you from introducing yourself to the Casino Host right at the start.

 

However they don't give points for craps.

I play craps and although you dont get points you do receive credit. I have always gotten the drinks on us card by the 2nd day, Always gotten some sort of gift by the 3rd or 4th day. Have received 2 bounce back cruises and 2 premier cruises just this year. Im not a heavy better, but i do play alot.

Between my husband and me it was close to 8000.00. then I did the carnival Cruise MasterCard and got my statement in mail and seen charging 25% interest unreal. Had 9000 points on it. Did not realize or was notified when I paid off in March and closed that I only had 60 days to use. I was pissed. Couple days over and didn't know till I called. I have excellent credit score will never do that again.
