Personal Baggage Insurance

We are cruising to England and then flying to South Africa where we will be renting an RV for two months. We live in an RV in the US (so we do not have home owners insurance) which covers our personl belongings in the US but does not cover us out of the country. I have called almost every insurance company out there. Does anyone have ANY suggestions on where I can get insurance for my belongings - electronics, clothes, etc. while I am in S. Africa?

Travel insurance is almost useless for baggage/personal belongings insurance -- there's too many exclusions and their method of valuation of any article (other than something new with a receipt) is laughable.
