hled Posted March 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2012 My husband and I are booked on the Marina July 12 and are looking for others on the cruise who might like to share private tours in some ports. We did the Marina Med cruise last July and found that smaller tours were better but should be booked ahead.

globevest Posted April 15, 2012 #7 Share Posted April 15, 2012 We did the Baltic cruise in July last year. Having been to Baltic areas many time IMO July is probably the best month to go. There are of course plenty of other tourists......lol Most days the temp. was in the high 60s or low to mid 70s. A couple of days we had scattered showers with a cool breeze. I wore slacks and golf shirt and carried or wore a light rain shedding casual jacket. Great trip have fun.
calvin81 Posted April 19, 2012 #8 Share Posted April 19, 2012 We did this cruise in 2010. The weather ranged from 60 and drizzle in Stockholm to 100 in St. Petersburg. Nothing is air conditioned there -- we saw a thermostat on the wall in The Hermitage and it read 38 (100.4!). Take layers, but be prepared for warmer weather. We wore shorts or sleeveless dresses in Helsinki and Visby as well as St. Petersburg.
