azseas Posted March 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I thought I could use the deposit for any cruise. Of course, I have lost the form as its been a few years. Customer Service is telling me I can not use it for a 4 day cruise. I do not care about onboard credit - just want to use the deposit before it expires. Does anyone have a FFD form to read the fine print. Does it say must use on cruises 7 days or more? Thank you!
