Do the ships still sell cigarettes?

We bought 5 cartons of Marlboro for $70 in Nov for my MIL. So, as of then they did.

On Rhapsody last week they did. 2 cartons $30. Marlboro brands mainly.

St. Maarten has the best cigarettes prices in the Caribbean, about 10.00 a carton and almost brand is available. The ships don't sell my brand (parliaments), so I bring my own till we reach an island. Good luck and no stoning necessary.

They still sell them but they dont have a good selection. You are better off buying them on the islands for a cheaper price too.

Be careful when buying in a foreign port. We bought a carton of Marlboro's at the Cancun airport and they had a very "different" taste. It was later that we saw on the carton "Made in Mexico". See if they have any "made in . . " info.

They also sell individual packs of Marlboros at the bars. They were about $4 or $5 bucks per pack. But we bought a carton of Camel lights in St. Thomas for $14.95.

Cigarettes, Yes-- cigarette lighters, NO. Be sure you have your own or matches. I understand airports are going to be confiscating lighters. Some are already doing so.

Thanks everyone for your quick responses. We are leaving April 30th for San Diego and then boarding the Radiance and taking her up for the Alaskan cruise. I didn't want to pack enough for 2 weeks to supply both my husband and myself. Thanks again. Marlboro is fine with us.
