SeaLaRae Posted March 17, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2012 I need a light weight travel purse to carry essentials. Someone had mentioned Baggelini Everyday purse in black. Any other suggestions? Sharon
SadieN Posted March 17, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 17, 2012 My essentials are few so I like small bags. I have been using the 'Kasey' LeSportsSac. It is just large enough to hold my silicone-sleeved Kindle. http://www.lesportsac.com/store/7627_5205.html Check out Marshalls, Ross and DSW I also have this pacsafe bag http://www.ebags.com/product/pacsafe/venturesafe-200-compact-travel-bag/152323?productid=10125651 and a small 'kindle-sized' baggalini that I do not think is still available. http://www.baggallini.com/the-collections/

Guest maddycat Posted March 17, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 17, 2012 I have used this LeSportSac bag on several cruises. It's very light weight, washable and just large enough for my everyday essentials. 7640 Shellie Crossbody
sail7seas Posted March 17, 2012 #5 Share Posted March 17, 2012 Longchamps has some great bags in varying sizes that weigh very little.

Hoyaheel Posted March 19, 2012 #9 Share Posted March 19, 2012 I just ordered the ebags Piazza (great deal of the day through their emails) and the PacSafe 200 - both nice crossbody bags. I have used an Ameribag large red nylon sling bag the past several years for travel - works great for me! Just getting a bit dingy at this point, despite frequent washings. Ah well. The bags are different sizes so I think I'll keep both and see what I need for different kinds of travel. I have a small le sportsac crossbody bag I like too - just for a phone & money, but doesn't fit a water bottle or shell or reading material, so it's really only good for evenings. I don't like baggalini because so many options have the built-in wallet organizer things and I hate those. Lots of people (like my mom) love those, but they bug me, so I avoid them.
