AM or PM White Pass Railway?

The scenery doesn't really change between morning and afternoon. However, mornings can tend to be foggier in the mountains. I would say whatever fit in best with your schedule. If you plan on visiting the stores or museum in Skagway, mornings are probably less crowded.

we will be on the september 19 port stop on the Summit. since it is late in the year...does it matter whether early or late for the Whitepass railroad trip. I'm thinking later might be slightly warmer, but ...what do you think?

thanks

We have pre-booked a couple of tours on our own to avoid sell-outs.

Would we be safe waiting to book the White Pass Railway after boarding the cruiseship?

I guess what I'm asking is does this tour sell out?

Thanks for your replies.

Sam
