Hyatt Place North or HIE?

We have it narrowed down to Hyatt Place North or Holiday Inn Express on 17th Street, for our pre cruise stay in Fort Lauderdale, late September. We would greatly appreciate any feedback on either/both of these. Preference? Pros? Cons? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Hyatt Place North in January. It was a great hotel and we got it on Priceline for $90 per nite. The location is great. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse, Publix, wine store, and many other stores/and few restaurants all together in a strip mall.

I agree. We have stayed there on our previous 2 cruises and plan on doing so next January.
